1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your healthcare practice or facility and ManosCare concerning your access to and use of the ManosCare website and preliminary billing evaluation services.

2. Professional Services

Engagement of formal medical billing, medical coding, revenue cycle management, and credentialing services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed directly between the practice and ManosCare.

3. Free Billing Audit Disclaimer

Our complimentary practice billing audit provides preliminary informational estimates based upon sample data supplied by your practice. It does not constitute legal, tax, or formal forensic accounting advice. Actual recovery rates and collection timelines depend on payer adjudication schedules and documentation accuracy.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, proprietary workflows, logos, and digital assets on this website are the intellectual property of ManosCare and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
